We are currently looking for a Flying Management Assistant to join our Advisory department. You will be part of a great team of management assistants.

How you'll grow:

You’ll be part of a dynamic and multinational team. You’ll work closely with other offices and business units. As a flying assistant you'll assist our management assistant team in times of need and get to know different departments.

What you’ll learn and do:

  • Provide daily administrative support to our business;

  • Manage the administrative side of the project from start to job creation, ensuring risk compliance and keeping our CRM system up to date;

  • Manage calendars and organise meetings;

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, filter and forward internal and external calls;

  • Organise and follow up on travel arrangements, hotels and restaurant bookings;

  • Prepare outgoing correspondence and reports using templates;

  • Prepare presentations in Google Slides and Powerpoint, reviewing existing presentations for spelling and layout or transposing flip charts into Google Slides and Powerpoint;

  • Take minutes, maintain records of meetings and ensure follow-up of action points;

  • Organise team meetings and events;

Who you are, what you’re like:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French and English

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with people of all levels and deal with them professionally at all times

  • Digital savvy; a proficient knowledge of Google Tools is a plus

  • Ability to work independently but also in a team

  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise your tasks

  • Ability to solve problems within the blink of an eye

  • Detail oriented and able to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
