Then you might be the next Operations Manager for our Brasov plant:

You lead activities of various business functions concerned with the operation of a wood manufacturing plant including production, technical, safety, quality, processing and planning.
You are responsible for the operations budget and ensures all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
You coach different departments to streamline information flow and problem solving. You determine the right KPI’s, set ambitious targets and meet them.
You plan, develop and implement long-term strategic manufacturing goals, personnel development and business objectives. You drive goal achievement and continuous improvement on quality, processes and costs in order to achieve your mission: deliver the best product with a good service at a competitive price.
You create effective team working and promote an organizational culture of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, you challenge the status quo.
You support the overall operations with structural improvements and help transform the plant into a lean production environment.
As Operations Manager you stay in touch with the latest evolutions in machinery and production techniques. You challenge your teams to stay innovative and think out of the box, while remaining cost efficient. You implement new technology successfully at high pace to keep the company successful in launching new and innovative products.
You design and implement change management plans that maximize employee engagement. You create a culture of continuous improvement.
You report to the General Manager Romania.

You have a broad experience in managing operations in an international framework.
You have a clear strategic view to set and coach an organization in the best possible structure.
You are result oriented and able to convert analysis into tangible results in line with business targets.
You have good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the different stakeholders.
You are interested in getting to know new people, exploring new countries and cultures.
