As QC Change Control Coordinator, you support the business strategy and operational departments during the implementation of the change controls by anticipating all steps, the deliverables and risks associated.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
You are in charge of the in-place / in use (deployment and efficiency used) of the change control system and its management.
You are the first point of contact to answer the questions on the system;
For transversal eCC, you evaluate the applicability and the impacts in case of proposed change control through the local stakeholder network
You ensure phase 0 execution and related comments, conclusions implementation.
You are responsible for SAP documentation of the change control.
You support the QC quality manager of his MPU/SPU for the training on change control system (with the support of LSPOC Doc & learning for training methodology and the support 'train the trainer' from the associated Site System Manager or Site SME);
You are responsible for coaching local stakeholders on the change control process
You support and act as back up of the QC Quality manager to organize and follow-up the local KPI management process (including corrective action loop) for the change control system;
You report to the SME and or LSME the local issues with the system, requirements for improvement, or proposal for best practices, through the SSM network committees.
You perform local (or cross MPU) audits (L1) on the change control system and acts as change control expert member during Health Authority inspections
You are fronter during inspection as appropriated;

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Relevant Bachelor and/or Master degree in relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry with thorough understanding of biological/aseptic processes and particularly in quality control department
Pedagogue, very good interpersonal capabilities, to be able to act as a coach.
Facts and data oriented
Fluent in French and good knowledge of English
